Still going to WrestleMania.

 

Coached against Jeff Jarretts daughter in a travel basketball tournament this weekend.

I was a teenager and at the small wrestling show in Memphis in late 80's and saw Tojo Yamamoto with Jeff jarrett and seems like an older brother that looked nothing like him in a 3 v 3. 3rd guy looked more like burt Reynolds. Lance "banana nose" Russel and Dave Brown, who was the local weatherman and very uncomfortable doing wrestling.

Hello from just outside the Superdome.

 

The handicapped kid from my hometown who wanted Wrestlemania tickets and bubble wrap for Christmas is there. If you see a mom that looks completely out of place and a kid with DS, you've found them. Hell, kid could wind up in the ring and I'd not be shocked.

 

My uncle Jack always ended up in places you're not supposed to be, it's a gift.

 

So was Mania pretty meh?

 

Asuka and Charlotte put on a great match. The intercontinental title match was great. Daniel Bryan in the ring again was great.

Styles vs Nakamura wasn't as good as it could have been. Lesnar beat the shit out of Reigns.

 

Nope. It was an awesome experience.

 

I'm sure the experience itself was pretty awesome. How was Raw?

 

Like any WM that is 4467 days long, it had it high spots and it drug along in others.

The preshow wasn’t exactly thrilling though Bray and the Hardys could be fun.

IC match delivered.

Styles v Nakamura is just getting started. I called the heel turn.

Surprised Charlotte won, but now it’s obvious that’s building to her v Rousey next year.

Brock v Roman was a nice swerve actually, since most people thought Brock was gone.

I’m a huge Shane fan, and it was cool to be there for DB’s return, but that match didn’t do it for me.

Bliss v Nia Jax was my explore the Superdome match, which while an incredibly impressive and enourmous space, it kind of a dump.

 

Call ups included:

Ember Moon
AOP who then dropped their manager.
No Way Jose

Samoa Joe and Jeff Hardy returned.
I had hoped Brock would show, but it was obvious he wouldn’t after the contract extension announcement.

 

I imagine Ellering didn't want to travel a full schedule. No Way Jose is pretty meh, but I like the other two call-ups. Crowd seemed pretty lit
