I don't know any background here. Who is who. Who's actually charged?

 

This is the zach Adams (ringleader) trial.

Yes but cut immunity deal with feds and agreement with state.

And defense basically got taken to school by him.

Yes.

 

Autry has basically said "I'm a sorry piece of shit, but I don't kill women or rape women and the only way I got involved is because I went to get some meth and Bobo's body was there"

 

Pretty much sums it up.

 

Is there any DNA evidence? Anything other than one man's testimony? I would require something more substantial were I a juror. It's not enough to "put two and two together" based on circumstantial evidence.

 

They haven't broke it out yet if there is any.

 

But the interesting fact is that she was supposedly still alive and Autry witnessed the coup de gras. That testimony puts him in larger legal jeopardy as it probably makes him a principal in the killing and not an accessory after the fact.

The tbi didn't check the alibis of these folks. Every person within a 20 mile radius of there had a good idea of who did it except these guys.
