Hit the county he wants to hunt in CO-OP and ask about land for lease. Call processor and ask if they know any, locally owned hunting stores, etc.

Westervelt, Weyerhaeuser and Rayonier are some others, but I’m sure one or more of those no longer exist as there is constant consolidation and shakeup in that industry.
