not having read any other posts prior to my typing this, but.... after everything this far, Leach is somebody I can deal with.

Inasmuch as Haslam is calling the shots, maybe he can force a legit DC onto Leach as well.

because in my world (which isn't much, nor is it formed by much), Leach is like a "cleaner" Petrino. Both just plan outscore your ass... [uck fay] the defense... just put points on the board

makes for entertaining ball. IMO.

but if somehow, someway Leach were to get a legit DC.... eeeeeeee... hang on tight. We could deal with it for aure.

I don't think it's apathy at this point. this is scraping bottom of the barrell. this is catch as catch can territory. somebody with a name like Leach coming to a school where the AD is a dead man walking?

...we would be lucky to get a guy like Leach, IMO.

 

He doesn't hire an OC. He hires inside/outside WR coaches.

In 6 years at WS, he's 38-37. He'll beat UK and Vandy at least. Win 7, Maybe 8 in most years but that's his ceiling imo

I argued all of this last night. I don’t think Leach is going to do anything special here. Some agree, some don’t. I’m not going to go to games to watch. This is a continuation of Jones football.
