I eagerly WANT them to to tell "insert your own SEC school other than Vandy here" that they are on probation because some booster wouldn't cooperate with them. The AA would be renamed after said booster after he was done with them.
This is the part the NCAA does not understand. There are boosters who can end them, and it wouldn't surprise me if one of them tries to.
I wish I could be the one to do it. I'd make Thunder, Yellerwood, and BEar Jr blush with what I would do to them.
An excellent question. I think they are scared to make the leap personally. I also think the p5 breaks off in the next decade or so.
My understanding is the schools voted on this rule. My guess is the "have nots" outvoted the "haves" over this, or a collective of schools who have been left behind in NIL dealings so far voted this way to slow their descent until they can catch up.
As soon as Texas and ok move and usc and whoever else moves, the sec and big ten will say cya. So three years
P5 schools leave the NCAA and start the CFL, the Collegiate Football League (working title). I'd love to see it.
Speaking of the NCAA and idiots, next week there should be closure from the dipshits at the NCAA and dummy gump. I seriously can't see how the NCAA would try to impose more penalties on us. I guess we'll see soon enough.
