He's such a chode. I blame him for a significant part of the lessening interest in boxing. Not entirely, but a lot.
Saw an article about these celebrity boxing matches, and how someone is going to die. Seems dangerous to me
Manny to fight Errol Spence in August. Spence is a legit great young champion and Manny may have bit off more than he can chew at age 42, but I respect the hell out of him for still chasing these top level fights, unlike, ahem, some other 40 something boxing star who has spent the last half decade doing circus show fights.
Rough week in boxing for me. Father Time finally discovers Manny Pacquiao is alive and now a YouTube star is a real enough draw to warrant a PPV bout against another MMA fighter pretending his skills translate to the ring (Perhaps some of you can sell some more of the nonsense you were pushing in the Conor McGregor-Floyd Mayweather bout. Also, not surprising Mayweather had a part in tonight's monstrosity. Money May has done as much as anyone the last two decades to push the sport downward.). The only saving grace was the recent announcement of a Caleb Plant-Canelo Alvarez fight. Real [uck fay]ing boxing.
