  3. There you have it. But, but, but, a Lane defender on here said they didn't try to poach Vol recruits!

Telling players not to go to class so as to avoid being locked into their commitment is the thing that makes me despise these coaches the most. obviously Kiffin knew about it. They were recruited on the UT's dime so that's makes it stink. And that's why I disagree with those who'd like to have Ed O. hired at the UT. Why would anyone want that menstrual drip after what he did is a mystery to me.

Disagree on Dooley. He was simply incompetent as a coach. We're all ignorant about something, it's a human fallacy. Kiffin & Co. weren't ignorant, they were arrogant and lacked any sense of dignity or honor. Karma isn't finished with them.

Are you saying Dooley wasn't arrogant?

That is like claiming water isn't wet.

Not really, as the matter was how the coaches left the Ut program. Dooley was arrogant by increasing and more accounts coming out from people who were there and saw it. but Kiff & Co. were just downright low lifes. There are degrees in everything, you know.

Kiffin & Ogre, to large extent, was/is a mercenary. They had talent they had connections with and wanted to make sure they had access to it. They were going to do what was best for them.

Now, that Ogre called doesn't necessarily bug me. That he used UT phones to call does.

Dooley's accepting the Tennessee job was more personally shameful than Kiffin's leaving it.

It's not what they did but how they did it.

I'd hire Kiffin & Company a million times again before I'd even consider giving Dooley a sip of water if he was lost in the Sahara.

Sad to see the Aaron Douglas interview knowing what was to come for him...

Telling the recruits not to go to class seemed sleazy at the time.

Hindsight, however, has revealed it to be possibly the greatest humanitarian aid effort of our time, and largely ignored.
