    no, I never took it... Well I think I did once. But I had friends taking it regularly that told me the breath issue

    I've seen a burpless kind, but I just take the regular softgels. No problems here. I guess it effects some people differently.

    Have any of you ran in the asics gel nimbus 12s? I just ordered a pair, there wasn't a review on zappos.com that rated the GN12s less than a 4 star.

    So much emphasis on time. She starts the same time I do, not my fault I can concentrate more and get it accomplished.

    You had to jump rope through the whole song and every time you heard "Thunder" you had to do a burpee.

    Lift of the day - Shoulder press - 5,5,5+

    95# x 5, 110# x 5 125# x 5

    *WOD (For total rounds)

    5 minutes AMRAP
    a) Tuck Jumps x 25
    b) Power Snatches(75#) x 5

    1 minute break

    5 minutes AMRAP
    c)Toe-to-Bars x 10
    d) Hand Stand Push Ups w/ bench x 5

    1 minute break

    5 minutes AMRAP
    e) Squats x 9
    f) Nose-to-Floor push ups x 6
    g) Pull Ups x 3

    Down to 206.

    Keeping up my simple workout routine of basic lifts and eliptical. Monday night I benched 135 for 4 sets of 8. I know it's pathetic but it's the first time I've done that many reps of it since high school/early college.

    Long ways to go......

    why bother eating if it has to be crap like this all the time? Eff that. When I have to roll with a diet like this one, I'd rather just be a slob.

    Running 2.5 miles during my lunch break the past couple days. Going to go for three today.
