    Cash in - Run 2 miles (25 minute limit) - ran it in 17:01

    Deadlift ladder (Different stations going from 95# to 450#)
    - you have 20 sec to lift, 10 sec to move to next station.

    My last full lift was 335# I failed on 365#

    Cash out - 50 burpees

    Really though, I just don't like the high rep Olympic lifts and some other things. I've done a few workouts and they were tough as hell. My [ussy pay] survived.

    As long as your puss is still moist, that's all that counts. Lulz

    What you hate about about it is what I like about it. Hard as hell, but you're usually done in 15 -20 minutes, sometimes less. I always found the globo gyms to be boring and repetitive. Other than the named workouts, I don't think I've done a single workout more than once. Long as your lifting heavy, you're doing work.

    I actually like the way it tastes. I've learned how to cook chicken pretty well, so it doesn't bother me that i eat almost every day. I don't always eat oatmeal for breakfast. Sometimes i'll pig out and make pancakes, eggs, and bacon. I've mainly stopped eating fast food.

    I just can't push myself to do cardio consistently. It would help me a lot if i could motivate myself to start running 5 times a week

    I don't mind running short distances, 3-4 miles. Anything over that i tend to get bored.

    i do cardio maybe 2 times a week. Hate it unless it's a sport

    20 minute AMRAP:
    Shoulder-to-OH (135#) - 1,2,3...,
    Straight-Legged DL's (135#) - 5 each round

    I did 10 rounds + 2 Shoulder-to-OH

    Run - 100 meters,
    Box Jumps (24") - 10,
    Nose-to-Floor Push-ups - 10

    I finished with 9 rounds
