    Longest I've ever ran was 6 miles and don't plan on matching that ever.

    Ran Cades Cove loop road this morning before it opened for motorized vehicles. I may never return when cars are being allowed through.

    Wont be running for a few more weeks. Fractured my ankle 3 weeks ago playing softball

    Been doing only cardio lately and my diet has sucked. Going to change it up as I'm the heaviest I've ever been now.

    Lifting 3 times a week, dedicated cardio twice a week and two rest days. Going to really tone down the carbs to only about 20-25% of my daily intake.

    Was going out for a short run this afternoon, but the cloudy weather made me stretch it to 10 miles. I'll be glad when summer starts to break in a few weeks.

    I wasn't wearing my cleats (which are above ankle) which is probably why it happened. I was wearing my trail running shoes. I didn't know we'd be able to play up here

    187. Gaining muscle in my bad leg got me up. Not the 4 oatmeal creme pies or Oreos.

    I have been a consistent 190 to 195 since my senior year of high school. I busted my ass to get there, now it's gotten a little soft but I'm not gaining any!

    I try to buy mostly fruit as snack food because I have the same issue.
