    Wife ran New Orleans half marathon this weekend............

    I got jambalaya and a king cake made by a downtown New Orleans bakery out of it, so everyone wins.

    Yeah that’s how I back squat. I use a milk crate for depth on them.

    I gave them a try on some warm up sets and just felt so weird. I’m sure I’d grow accustomed to it. Either way, I want to gravitate to less depth.

    at gym yesterday and saw a guy that I hadn't seen at his regular time. He had the widow maker heart attack a month ago. 55 years old, benching 225 for reps, had all the pre tests done, ate well, non drinker and smoker. Felt like he was gonna pass out, stopped the car and fell out in middle of the street. He was dead when they arrived. 21 days in icu, 35 lbs lost and he's back home. Scary.

    I know a guy that had that heart attack. Same thing, slim as a rail, doesn't drink or smoke, mountain climbs. BAM, widow maker. Luckily he was with people and they were near a hospital. He is fine now.

    I got the dumbass idea I’d start running again.

    I’m just going to run twenty minutes a day twice a week. I’m not going to set a distance, so I don’t get addicted to running again.

    I did a little over two miles today and my legs are feeling it.

    I did a chicken/raw veggies/water/boiled egg 17 day cleanse a couple years ago. It served its purpose, but I've yet to want to do it again. Sugar is my nemesis.

    I intermittently fast.

    16 hours plus fasting period followed by 2 meals in that variable 8 hour window.
