Since I’m working from home I’ve started working out midday. Biggest thing I’ve noticed with this change is that I am hungry the rest of the day after it.

I’m guessing I need to eat more immediately post workout?

The only reason I’m not overly big right now is I don’t eat from 8 pm till about noon next day. I’m just over working out hard or breaking a sweat really.

Just because I've seen them advertised a lot recently and I have no clue, are the keto gummies worth anything at all or are they just a scam?

Don't know anything about them but most of the stuff is a scam. Best practice is just a keto diet. Imo

I don’t think they’re bad but they’re no magic bullet either.

I think you’d get way more bang for your buck for cutting all seed oils out first.

I wasn't even considering it. Was more curious about them than anything.

I am tired of feeling tired. What are some good workout resources that are legit and not scams for a 50+ year old that is in good shape weight wise, but just wants to build up some muscle and strength before I turn into a sponge.

grab a couple bungees then YouTube. You can do about anything without the stress of free weights or big investment. My bungee chest/shoulder workout gets a good burn. I had to stop free weights just from being 52 and wear and tear. The [breasts] want to keep dropping and I’ve got to tighten them up.

pick 3 or 4 compound lifts and do them 3 to 4 sets of reps between 5-15 and do that 3 times a week.

then do some kind of cardio 2-3 times a week between days.

changing diet, getting enough sleep and not being overly stressed would be my first suggestion though and then just be active

Yeeaaaah. This is my main problem right now. I am sure exercise would help with that

Question - best exercises for lower back? I've got to strengthen it.

planks, front squats, and farmer walks to build the core as most back issues comes from a weak stomach.

But if you directly want to hit the lower back wall squats, birding, knees to chest and pelvic thrust/tilts.

Yeah, if it is back pain, strengthen the core. Planks and just going for walks helps me out tremendously. And stretching.
