Out of 14 SEC teams, I love one, tolerate 12, but there is only ONE team I absolutely HATE.

If he can finish at 8-4 or 9-3 then I won't really have an issue with him getting next year to prove he can coach a team to Atlanta. However when next year comes around and he's still blowing leads like OU and UF then it's time to drop him. I don't care about assistant moves, switches or anything like that. Get to Atlanta next year or get out.

If he loses to Alabama, I don't really care how he does against the trash at the end of the schedule, to be honest.

If Chubb didn't blow his knee we lose. Can't really claim this as a huge win while using Justin Hunter getting hurt against Florida as an excuse for that loss.

How are you going to feel about the raise and extension that makes it even harder to buy him out next year?

Exactly. Win out. Win the bowl, finish 10-3 and I am back in his corner until further notice and he gives me a reason not to be.

There is no possibility of me ever being back in his corner. I am dead certain he knows jack shit about football and any success he may have is almost entirely attributable to our players and luck.

This is the only scenario where I will watch Tennessee play next year with Butch as coach, and I'll still be a skeptic.

But we all know it ain't happening.

I've honestly been trying to figure out if I ever was. I've been less opposed to him, but I don't recall ever being pleased with him overall.

This. If not for his recruiting, he'd be a total failure.

I'll watch, but will not invest emotionally. I'll be expecting the inevitable collapses that Botch has been treating us to the past three seasons... Even if he gets to Atlanta it'll be testament to his recruiting skills and not his coaching.

Winning can change everything for me.

Do I think my scenario happens. Nope, so really doesn't matter.

Getting to the SECG in the East is no great feat these days.

The Big 12 North was one of the worst BCS divisions around. I'm not sure if Mizzou managed to win it 3 times like they have the SEC East.
