Yes he is. People aren’t “excited” just because Tennessee has won 3 out of their last four. They’re “excited” because it looks like there is tangible progress being made. If Tennessee looked like complete dogshit but still managed to win the same games, I think most people, while happy that UT won, would still be critical of the coaching and very hesitant about the future.
