So, if I am reading you guys correctly, if she flat-out ran the red light and was at sole fault for the accident, she will be held responsible for this guy's death like she killed him.

That's a tough break. I guess there isn't any way around that, though. Just seems like a grey area.

 

If the impact was not deliberate, that makes it accidental even if negligent.

I've seen her party pretty hard. I have no clue if this was the deal though. Just an account of what I have witnessed.
