Our best strength is 3rd downs on defense.

Our worst weakness, at this moment, would have to be the offensive line. Their lack of protection has Worley's INT count way down.

The third pick on defense is the toughest call. I would go JRM.

    Top 3 Offense - 1. North, 2. Hurd, 3. Pearson

    Top 3 Defense - 1. AJ, 2. Sutton, 3. JRM

    Strenghts - 1. LB, 2. WR, 3. RB/DB/DC

Surprise - 1. Jancek, 2. Barnett (not that he was expected to be good but not this quick)

Letdown - 1. OL (didn't expect National Championship level but didn't expect that bad) 2. Bajakian (given how bad the OL is he has been reluctant to change much and by not doing much in that regard he is shinning a light on that weakness)

Weakness - 1. OL, 2. Kickers (mainly Darr) 3. OC

Most Improved - 1. LBs (quicker to the ball) 2. TEs ( are worth having on the field again) 3. WRs (better players)

Least Improved - 1. OL (hopefully they get off the list by years end) 2. Punter

Best plays - 1. Hurd misdirection against OU, 2. Cam's pick against USU, 3. Pearsons cut back for 6 against USU

Worst Plays - 1. Croom turning 6 to a enddzone, drive stopping pick. 2. 3rd and Bajakian 3. Worley not picking up the blind side blitz, sack, fumble

me too. It's nice to have options to pick as a good third defender.

I wonder how good we'd be if every no read no option were replaced with a simple HB dive from under center or pistol?

He and Randolph are up there. Both Williams at DT have played well.

We are like salivating over this half way competent defense. It's been awhile.

It's been a shit show for a while. Add to it that it's a young defense that should be better next season, I'd say it's justified

    Exactly.

I was the biggest Jordan Williams critic when he was at DE. The guy couldn't contain his excitement much less a bootleg, but I'll give credit where it's due. The old boy has done well at DT. Less responsibilty and just letting him attack has helped him and the defense.
