Seems like a matter of time until the 'AA just says [uck fay] it and allows all transfers to be eligible immediately.

 

Everyone should get one transfer without having to sit out.

You could do one free transfer within first two years to limit it a bit.

 

Considering the nature of recruiting and the fake bill of goods a lot of kids are sold, I agree.

 

the premise of a kid being able to move just as a coach can is cool. Half or more of the players in a class leaving won't work. That happens 2 years in a row and you are uckfayed

 

Just as easy to bring guys in as it is for them to leave.

 

not sure high quality players will be lined up to transfer where people are bailing. Peer recruiting wouldn't be too solid.

 

Don’t lie to and treat your players like shit and I doubt that’s a huge problem.
