I guess bottom line is that we’ve had some pretty good (even great) players pulled from the Juco pool. We’ve also had a few on the other end of the spectrum.

 

None have worked out recently, but their coach was Butch and obviously there are player dev issues.

What I like that im seeing on defense are guys on the field that look like they arent overthinking, and are coming up to hit. Young guys have a different look as to how they carry themselves. We need a front 4 badly and help these young dbs and lbs out. I think Dale Carter was juco. I like Nigel, but he got his moms ball skills evidently.
