True but it's always the same setup.. Early and mid season adversity and then the current coach can always point to our late season "progression" as signs of improvement..I think even the backwoods overalls wearing portion of the crowd has picked up on the fact that the final month of our schedule since the 1990's is simply padding wins. Dooley did it in his first year with that bowl birth and Butch gained traction as well last season.
BTW UK had to rally in OT not to lose to a FCS program tonight.

I don't think you can get a locker room back once it's gone. His team is discovering that he's all schtick and no substance. Even if fans are willing to give him one more year, he won't regain his team's confidence.
