Very strange Monken would accept the position with Coley still being there. Feel like coordinator demotions never really work out too well for anyone involved. Are Coley and Kirby good friends or something? Looks like they’ve had a couple of stints at different places together.
I don’t know much about him, but he had a lot of players to work with in Cleveland and they were pretty crappy on offense. I remember his name coming up in a few OC searches throughout the years. Think he, like pretty much everyone, did well at Oklahoma State.
