I'm more into the Penelope Cruz type so that explains a lot. Upton isn't unattractive by any stretch of the imagination. Some folks like steak, some like lobster... Tastes differ.

no roast beef is generally made from a much inferior cut of beef like top round. I've indirect grilled my prime rib. a little mesquite. some time. a herb rub. delicious.
