Roles reversed. We're coming off the gauntlet. Fairly healthy from a physical standpoint. Mentally, harder to tell. Pruitt's biggest obstacle this week IMO. Can you roll into Columbia in the same frame of mind as you did Auburn now post Bama. USC coming in off an L and a bye week. Pretty average team with some talent spread out here and there. Shaky QB play with a decent defense thats not as good as the 5 legit teams we have played this year. I don't really know how or really why but. UT 27 USC 23
Depends on who makes the least number of dumb mistakes. I say Tennessee gets the W here but close. Vols-31 Cocks-24
Not sure why, but just dont have a good feeling for this game. I guess the biggest question is whether we can shake off the mental and physical beating we just took. Hope I'm wrong but I'll go 24-14 cack a lacky
That’s what I want to say but UT makes too many stupid mistakes. Until they prove they can play hard AND clean, I think it’ll be closer than we’d like but still a favorable result.
If UT wins in anything but a close game they'll have to start fast. IMO. Something they haven't done all year.
The one I know says they will get beat for 35 mins and play just well enough at the end to make it look like a game.
As long as that 35 minutes comes in the 2nd half that’d work for me... what I don’t want to see is UT finally getting out of the gate strong and petering out by mid 3rd quarter...
Tennessee seems so hungry, I think we are way more dangerous than we appear to be in most games. You give these guys a chance to win, and they will. Every game we have lost, we lost in the 1st quarter but still never rolled over.
