I personally keep hoping that stars really do fall on alabama.

 

It's like Charlie Brown and Lucy... Every year I think THIS is going to be the year a mediocre UT squad finally beats a great Bama team but it never happens. Has it ever happened? Have the Vols EVER beaten a really high quality Bama team when we weren't supposed to?

 

Don't see it happening, but this is the best roster UT will put on the field against them in years.

 

And unfortunately, the head coach is a slight improvement on Dooley. The OC on the other hand...

I don't think that there is much to worry about. He will get just as much support if he finishes 8-4 though.

That Vandy team is really weak.

 

Mason is a terrible head coach, but a great defensive mind. He'll stonewall Tennessee's offense for most of the day.

 

I won't be surprised, but that's more about Botch and DeBored than it is Mason.
