I always love this argument with teams that haven’t won shit for years. How would they know those people would shit on positives if there rarely are any? Seems more like they are railing on people being rational.

Yes, he's a mature leader. Lots of moral high ground. He also likes to pull in the middle management analogies to help educate us.

This seems to be getting popular with kids for some reason. My son and all his friends have started calling each other lads all the damn time. Apparently, some YouTube guy has started using it.

Probably a good indication of what demographic he's in.
