The good news is that Butch can't really compare the games from last year and this year because we only lost by one point so if we lose it'll actually be like we've regressed ya know.

I would never bet on a game, but if I was a betting man, I'd have to take you up on this for sure.

 

Fear has nothing to do with it. I'm still not scared of Oklahoma. We're better than them in every way but coaching.

I agree here. I just wish Dormady had a little more speed and quickness. He definitely can spin it.

 

They suck. Their leading rusher is averaging less than 4 yards a carry despite playing the three cupcakes they've played. Their defense was ripped up by a horrible ECU team. We give them their first loss of 5 consecutive.

 

I am not afraid, mad or anything (OK, if I think about it too much I allow myself to get angry, but I am working on it).

It is purely logical, passionless and based on observations of the past. If Jones can completely do a 180 from his habits in one week, and they simply get out of the way of the players and let them play, we would win by double digits, easy. But until it happens, I will not believe it. Jones just cannot coach in big games, and he can try to say this isn't a big game, but it is.

 

They sucked last year too.

 

That's a secondary aspect to this offense.

 

If Butch doesn't see this as a big game, he's clueless.

 

Which is why Oklahoma put 10 guys near the LOS and shut this one-dimensional offense down in the second half.

 

And they suck this year, I'm choosing to believe. UT gets beat by that team and I'm probably folding up shop on the rest of the season. So I'm going to approach it like we are winning this game running away, because....**** it.

 

And I am down with that.

As for me, I am going camping this weekend.
