The one thing they want and one thing they need order is firmly in place for the kiddos when it comes to grandparents gifts and the like. I think my mom is about to have a heart attack. The oldest is just 2.5 so she doesn't really care one way or the other. We'll see how this policy goes as they get older.

 

Still haven't exchanged any gifts. Brought our oldest out and showed her Santa's gifts (she asked for two, cookies and pajamas). She looked at the box and said 'pretty.' Then she looked at us and said I'm hungry, can I have breakfast. So we've been eating. Haha
