Not sure we win but I like the chances a whole lot better than with Peterman in there slinging turds...
One would hope but we pissed away a bunch of chances in the middle of the game with him on the field to.
Unfortunately there are still some guys on this team that just don't know how to win. The young guys are carrying us, but the culture is still one that is waiting around for something to happen to swing us to a loss. You can see it in our fan base as well.
It would have been an interesting ending. We pick up 3 on the first drive if Worley is out there. That fumble wouldn't have happened and we were well within FG range. That changes the way he end of the game plays out all by itself. I also think we pick up,at least three more had Worley been out there during that period. While our O wasn't lighting it up, we were shutting UGA down as well. I think we win by 3 or lose on a heartbreaking last minute drive. Although OT could have also been very possible.
He never made them pay for it. And he had at least one opportunity to do so, but threw it late on a slant.
UT had possession with the ball in Worleys hands in the 4th in a position to take the lead. At that point it became irrelevant how Peternan played in his absence.
