They are starting treatment for Guillain-Barré syndrome. The treatment is IVIG it is a high power transfusion to put antibodies in his blood to fight this syndrome. The antibodies come from over 1,000 different blood donors because he does not have enough antibodies to fight this.
He is going to get treatment for 5 days for 4 hrs which is 20 hrs of treatment
