Who’s making the trip?

Alright….which of you sum[itch bay]es is traveling north to freeze your nuts off on Saturday night?

We are a bad matchup for the cats on paper, and they are really hobbled right now.

 

My recliner and I already have plans, sorry.

 

Planning to. Haven't heard back from my ride since last week so who knows at this point.

 

Do you not own a car?

 

I do, but [uck fay] paying for gas solo on these trips.

 

Was invited by a ky fan a few weeks ago but haven't heard back from him since their 2 losses. 65 and sunny here so a great day to be in and out, grilling and such all day

 

We are talking about 360 miles roundtrip. Let's call that 17 gallons of gas rounding up, assuming the average US vehicle MPG of 22 (which is easily worse than most sedans and light SUVs). That's 54 dollars in gas, again rounding up. I'm not saying that is not a chunk of change, but it is strongly mitigated by packing an extra lunch or two in the month or finding an extra vaccinated health worker to poach.

 

What kind of car do you drive, lyls?

 

I should also say that it's ride/ticket that was offered to me.

That’s hilarious. My brother in law offered me a ticket when they were undefeated…but haven’t talked to him yet this week.

 

I went up there in 01. Before kickoff I was standing in line at the concession stand behind a dad and his ~10 year old.

Kid goes, “dad, we’re not going to win today are we?”

Dad: “Probably not, son, probably not.”

Nope. Daughter has her dance convention this weekend so the boy and I are going to watch eternals, grilling, and watching game.

 

I have a bobcat S770 and that bastard is not cheap to haul around. Damn thing weighs over 9K.

 

Wife is out of town on a girls trip so I am solo with the kids. Please pray for me.
