I do boil with onions and then cook the onions down with butter, it's so bad for you, but so good.

Brats are better than hotdogs, but either way I prefer mustard, chili, onions, relish.

 

I like ketchup/horse radish combo for fried foods, though. I think that is the only time I use ketchup. I like fresh tomato on a burger.
