These guys leaving don't make me like Sumlin any better. I'm for canning Dooley now, but it's time to break the bank and get exactly who we want.

Seems to me like these two guys know that Dooley is done after next season unless he pulls off a miraculous season. Maybe they decided to jump ship early and take less money to secure their job after next season. Either way, this cant be good for Dooley.

The timing sucks almost as bad as when we made the last bad choice because the timing sucked.

As much as I am for upgrade, the key to the whole deal is finding the right guy to run the program. If he isn't available, you are much better off wasting a year than wasting another tenure.

This is exactly right. The only options now would be guys that currently aren't coaching somewhere. Not many HCs will jump ship at this time.
