Will Jarnell Stokes Get Drafted?

Hard to see his stock getting any higher than it already is. Can't blame him for chancing it now.

 

He could always learn to shoot. But what the heck do I know?

 

Maybe late second round, but I wouldnt be surprised to see him not get drafted

 

He has already improved his shooting quite a bit from what it was.

If he goes and measures 6'6 1/2 or 6'7''. I don't think he'll be drafted

 

Is he allowed to wear platforms?

 

I never understood the need for players to inflate their height, especially in the NBA where you can get measured. Does the NBA have a combine like the NFL?

 

Not being a decent shooter or being able to defend the pick and roll adequately will hurt his draft stock more than being 6'6".

 

It's usually the school that does the inflating.

 

My vote is that he'll be earning Liras next season.

 

That's regression IMO.

 

smaller guys inflate their height and taller guys tend to deflate their height. Kareem was notorious for this listing himself at only 7'2...he was much taller than that. Sir Charles was only 6'6 in his dreams, although his arms made him effectively that height.
