So the injury isn't just a cover up for Dobbs continuing to play? That's good. Hope for a fast and full recovery. He wasn't the best QB, but he gave his best effort. I can respect that.

They're still evaluating Dobbs and Peterman. Butch wants competition. Both QBs are even and whichever one practices the best this week gets the nod.

Per VQ this may actually be happening. Possibly looking into medical hardship. Doubt he gets it.

 

It would be nice to have a serviceable backup behind Dobbs that isn't a true freshman next year.

That being said, I hope this doesn't because you can bet your last dollar there will be "QB controversy" brewing in Knoxville next fall.

I agree with you, but I think most on here would be happy if Worley just went on. I would like to see us be able to redshirt both incoming freshmen, but it would mean that Peterman is the No. 2 guy and that wouldn't be good.
