Was listening to the drive today and they had Pennington on there, and he was trying to sell that 7-5 would be fine because that was a "reasonable expectation before the season" and it is what he predicted. For me that's horse crap because expectations are fluid. This team damn sure should be 4-0, regardless of what was "reasonable" in someone's alleged mind before the season. And you can't tell me 7-5 would be acceptable after a 4-0 start

 

Correct - it is 100% horseshit.

If we were 4-0 right now, and had the momentum it brings, we're only mildly concerned about Arky, we expect to hand it to GA, and Bama doesn't look so impossible. But it would also mean that we have a united locker room, and anything more than an emotional midget as a head coach, both of which would help, and which we don't now enjoy.
