    The ability to score quickly.

Nevermind. The defense needs it rest. That's the most important thing, said Groves.

Contrary to popular belief, you can have quick strike ability without being a fast paced offense.

    That seemed pretty quick.

If you don't run the spread, you don't care about scoring.

Bama can't do it, though. They play ball control offense.

Make no mistake that part of the problem with Tennessee this year is that we have no control. We score quickly sometimes, but can't drive consistently. Alabama can score plenty quick enough.

Who said anything about a spread? No matter the offense, resting the legs of the defense is the most important aspect of football. Period.

Man, if only Bama ran the spread.

I would say limiting the plays the most explosive player in the SEC is able to run is a pretty smart strategy.

No way. Shootouts would go in Bama's favor.

    I think I like Saban's approach.
