Swain said this morning that Azzani works harder than most of the position coaches he had, but the units he was with always played better than Azzani's have.

 

For his many, many shortcomings, the players liked him and his units did produce.

 

what does a hard working WR coach actually do?

 

He needs to learn to work smarter not harder apparently.

 

That reads to me like he is doing a lot of non-value added crap. Don't work harder. Work smarter.
