I love that people are naive enough to think Manning's rehab was just the product of hard work and gumption.
let's just say it's rather suspicious how professional athletes of late have recovered fully from what would have been career ending injuries all of 5 years ago. kobe went to Europe too for some treatment not approved here.
They're dumb. However, Peyton has nowhere near the arm strength he had 4 years ago. He's changed the way he's played and is still winning. Brady's done the same throughout his career as well. He went from being a game manager to a spread qb to a game manager again
This Pats D is not in the same league as the title teams no doubt. Brady is not making the plays at the critical points as frequent as he used to. I think its because he's being asked to make more of them now considering the defense is not there to catch the slack.
Keep in mind that most of the polling was done midway through the season, when Rodgers was sidelined because of his broken collarbone http://espn.go.com/blog/nfcnorth/post/_/id/64635/nfln-surveyfranchise-player-packers
To me a big part of the problem is that once the narrative is established about a certain guy, it's REALLY hard to alter people's mindset. Manning was the guy who had an incredible college career, but arguably his two most important games as a college QB, '96 and '97 UF, he played like dogshit. Particularly the '96 game where he just couldn't stop turning the ball over. So before he even set foot on an NFL field, he was already kind of the guy who couldn't win the big game. Then, his teams spent almost 10 years reinforcing that mindset by choking one way or another before they finally got to, and won a SB. Brady was the exact opposite. He came into the league almost unknown, and then spent his first 5 or so years leading an unstoppable playoff machine and winning 3 SB's. I'm not sure if any amount of winning my Manning or losing by Brady will ever allow either to totally live down the roles they've been cast into since early in their careers.

Colin Kaepernick's fourth-quarter turnovers Sunday were regrettable, but they don't change the fact he was utterly jaw-dropping for the first three quarters. what a ridiculous argument.
But, it's cool to pretend it says stuff it doesn't if you hate Manning for no reason or are just a ****ing idiot like droski.
HGH isn't fixing his neck. He went out of the country to try a procedure the FDA, an organization an awful lot of people have a problems with, wouldn't approve.
