Reading around a bit, it looks like he's been recruited as an OT.

 

Okay offer list. Does this mean we are expecting to miss on others?

No it means we passed on Austin Clark for this kid, which was a smart move considering Clark will either be a good guard or mediocre tackle depending on how stubborn the HC is. Richmond is now our sole target for OL in this class IMO and once we wrap him up we'll be done at OL.

 

Bit of a head scratcher IMO. This likely means we don't feel very good about Richmond.

 

He'll get dropped if Richmond comes on board most likely.

We've still only signed 6 the last three years, one a JUCO.

 

It's a numbers game. I don't know if they'll keep this guy and turn down LBs or DL for the spot.

It's not that far fetched. Every coach thinks his eval is the best. Jancek passed on Jarvis Jones...yeh nevermind.

 

I would think that if Jancek actually passed on Jarvis Jones it had to do with his neck injury, which is why he left USC.

 

Yeah, I'll rarely defend Jancek, but his neck scared away a few schools
