Heh, Poile is playing the game like a mother[uck fay]er He's driving the price up on every big name out there
[dadgum]. Sorry Sharks, y'all ran into a buzzsaw Considering they NEVER took their foot off the gas last night, it sure felt like Lavi and crew were trying to send a message
Not a bad return for Grabs, not overly familiar with Rykov, but he's playing 3rd pair minutes for the best team in the KHL at 20, he could be useful someday. The bigger factor is that he plays with Shestyorkin so we could have a better chance of getting him over when it's time.
Hartman makes the bottom 6 better. It was an overpay, but so was everything else today I like the move and the flexibility it gives us. Winnipeg got a little better, but Stastny isn't putting anyone over the top Tampa won the deadline by a pretty significant margin, imo And Brant, the Rangers did pretty well for themselves
I'm satisfied, not particularly any star power in my opinion, the guys brought in have the ability to have pretty good NHL careers. I'm halfway hoping they stack Hartford next season and just play a roster of hodgepodge journeymen and get a crack at one of the high end 2019 forwards. The potential for prospects who can be very good NHL players in the organization is better than it's been in my lifetime, I'll take it. Pulling for Tampa so Mac and JT get a cup.
Good work by Lavi last night starting Fisher AND Hartman so they could get their fan greetings. Hartman is already a fan favorite and scored his second game winner. Fun game, very chippy
I'm just taking a wild guess here, but Jarnkrok broken collarbone, out 6-8. That leaves a spot for Tolvanen, but that's a big loss
i think he took a shot in the head against the board on the cheap late hit. iir, he had his hands on his head while he was down and its hard to do that with a broken cbone
Good call. I was basing that on his arm being in a sling after. A shoulder sprain and concussion is probably best case
