Looking ahead if we got to the cws it unfortunately looks like we would get a game 1 matchup with LSU which would mean facing Paul Skenes. Basically an automatic loss out of the gate. Guy is unhittable right now. PEDs have transformed him. Throwing 100+ mph 120 pitches in.
We will worry about it when we get there. I do think they got a cakewalk road to the World Series but they are beatable in the supers once you get past Skenes.
That was such a great team. We completely broke their spirit. Liberty pummeled them the next day if I remember correctly.
