Tobe probably has 5 fouls by now if they’re calling the game normally. I’m not mad about it.

 

Want JJJ shooting that with confidence. Eventually they’ll go in if he doesn’t lose his nerve

JJJ looks like a different intensity tonight

 

We look better than they do. Which is not a surprise. We’re better on paper. Play our game, lock them down and don’t let somebody go Dillingham on us. That’s the formula.

There have been moments where he has looked lost this season, but he’s showing up tonight.

Aidoo looks like he’s settled in. Wonder if he would benefit from coming off the bench. Nerves have looked like a thing for him lately.

 

That possession earlier where he hit the ball off the guys leg was beautiful. We had 2 guys get completely lost on the switch, and it looked like an easy bucket was imminent.

 

If Rupp JJJ is here to stay we might win the whole damn thing.

Oof, rough stretch. We missed a couple good shots, and they made a couple tough ones, but that last possession on both sides of the ball was ugly

 

Hard to complain about the lack of calls because we are benefitting as well, but man, they are getting away with murder on the perimeter.

 

I'm pretty confident Texas will clean some things up. I'm not sure if our offense will climb out of the toilet.

 

Feels like the sort of game where we come out of the half and it’s a completely different whistle.

 

We have eight more shots than them. That kind of volume advantage will be enough if we’re even okay.
