Haha...the Louisville quote was from the aforementioned John Martin about Chris Jones.....As for Nichols, everybody in Memphis has a source on where he is going and all of them say something different.

How big is this pick-up and it's impact on recruiting moving forward? Has CM impressed you thus far in his short time here?

 

It shows Coach Martin can compete on the recruiting trail with the best. He has done a very sound job to this point.

 

What Martin is missing is an NCAA berth and some tournament success. He hopefully can get started on that this season.

 

The fact that he pulled this kid away from Duke and Kentucky is amazing. I feel like Tennessee basketball turned a corner. Other big recruits will take notice.
