I think what he was talking about was on the sidelines. Dormady didn't fall down or anything, and they didn't have/take time to practice snaps on the sideline.

Don't they practice snaps pregame? When did this all occur again? Was a refresher practice session really that necessary?
Pretty early in 3rd quarter. I went somewhere to watch the second half and remember losing my shit in the car just before getting to the restaurant. It's been a while since I've been that angry listening/watching the Vols play. The radio guy literally said "please go under center" before the first and second plays from the goal line. You could hear in his voice that he knew we wouldn't
So pretty reasonable to assume they had a minute or two to practice their snaps and that crap right before the third quarter. I don't see the big deal about him going under center.
