Also looks like Warrior isn't giving us a visit?

Don't follow recruiting real closely. I think we're 30th on Rivals right now. Can we recover from that?

They cleared it up. The visit to Auburn will be mid-week. We still have the 29th.

Yeah. It won't be an outstanding class, but if we finish strong, it will be good. Not sure, but I doubt we can get to top 10.

Looks like it will be 15th-18th probably.

Don't care the ranking, do we get any difference makers and strong contributors, or are we back to post title Fulmer and Dooley?

If the class ended right now, no. We have the potential to get a stud in most position groups though.

I understand that. If we don't, we're into the Dooley style backslide.

We get a top 100 stud tomorrow in Marquez Callaway (WR). He's announcing for the Vols at 1:00 tomorrow

Nice. How's his WR screen blocking? Can he wall off a corner? Crack back?

4 star receiver named Marquez. I bet this works out well. Will probably never reach his potential here.

He's a stud DB also. Might be more useful in the secondary with our offense.

which is garbage in this league

Db skills will help blocking skills. Flexible hips a must to block downfield.

It is. Couldn't care less about the rankings, but without some horses, this is rough. We don't have crap years like this.

Result of some laughably bad coaching in prime time.

This could be a down year in recruiting. But if we get a few playmakers like has already been mentioned, if we win this year like we should it should put us back top ten next year recruiting.

If for whatever reason we aren't top 10 next year, our staff is dooleying. It's sad but true.

Still trying to figure how we keep up with the likes of bama when they're chugging 5 or 6 #1 classes in a row.

..I guess the answer is: we don't. Because we can't.

Eh, I think we struggled in WR recruiting this year for obvious reasons. Getting Callaway tomorrow helps mend that.

There are probably recruits in this class that we settled for, but it's not crazy to think a majority of this class will be productive, simply based on offers.
