I think this could be trouble. In three years, he turned around Colorado State pretty dramatically and that's usually the sign of a good coach.
Just looking at the stats, his teams show good balance and convert on 3rd down and have improved year by year.

They didn't have a pulse when he got there. They do now. Good coaches make the best of their situation and that's what he did.
The turnaround was impressive no matter how it is spun. He'll easily win at least 8 games a season next year. I don't know what his ceiling is though.
Those 2 clowns were in a much better position to make a good hire and completely ****ed it up. They suck.
Thank God they didn't get Art Briles or Chip Kelly. Looks decent, but track record on Saban guys is not so impressive. May be a solid coach, but doesn't seem deserving of the Florida job.
