Years ago I stayed in the town where Washington slept before crossing the Delaware. New Hope, Pa. Really cool town. Artsy, dance clubs, coffee shops, haunted hotels, bar after bar, sword and knife shops...very cool place.
Theres something in there about getting a bunch of mercenaries that don't want to be there but I'm not quite clever enough to pull it off.

Yeah. I asked my wife last night if I could mortgage the house to put on that. Sadly she said no. Seems like a solid investment to me.
I think it was and always has been a place where artists, writers and other weird/interesting people congregate. It's right on the water and sort of story-bookish. Weekend getaway is right, and I suppose the right lady might like historic/haunted homes.
