I don't hate him. I like the guy but just don't think he's the solution to UTs problems. You have to have a winning attitude from the top down. We don't have that in the current UT administration

Pretty much where I am. I dont mind his cliches and corny attitude. The excuse making does wear on me, and there should be zero excuses come out of that mouth this year.

For me, if you are arrogant and brazen to say, "best staff in america" then by goodness you deserve to be held to it and called out! So far the attempts I have witnessed have fallen far short. I'd be more understanding if initially he had said and continue to say "best staff available to fit my system the way I want to run it".

 

Could be overly optimistic.
