I guess I'm being nit picky. But to me, these are always way more fun when there's "depth" to them (players going to different teams, drafting players and seeing how they turn out, which teams rise and fall over the years.) One of the main reasons the NCAA dynasties were so popular was because of how colorful they got by season 3 or 4 because you had so much depth with recruiting and building a team up and seeing how everyone else is coming along in comparison. Hitting the reset button basically nullifies that. At least to me anyway.
