That still doesn't speak to Arkansas being better than northwestern

 

Even Butch's stupidity couldn't **** up the insane talent advantage we had over NW whereas with Arkansas, talent differential was within Butch's (sizable) margin of error.

They were well coached. Their personnel is garbage.

 

Yes. That's why thinking they have a sure win against any talented SEC team is a bit much to me.

 

They had a lot more defensive speed than Iowa did the year prior, which isn't saying much.

 

Houston was a good back. Riggs was good too...didn't live up to the hype, but was a good back.

 

Hurd is best back at UT since Bryce Brown.

 

Tauren Poole and Raijon Neal....real low bar.

 

I'm not convinced either were all that talented.

 

Hurd didn't get a TV though.

Gotta side with you on this argument. Ark beats NW. I know Big 10 teams always underperform in southern bowls, but their game in game out conference schedule is easier than the SEC.
