POLITICS Marijuana Legalization Bill Passed in House

I don't know that it'll become Federally legal, exactly. But decriminalized, and up the states to regulate. And as such, South Dakota will say not legal, or they'll have their legislature pass something that will be sign, and they'll just say they just wanted "to do it the right way."
